TESTIMONIALS Dear Linda and Bruce;
This is to notify your that my wife Joan will be picking up my mother Mrs. Katie Handle at approximately 10 a.m. Friday December 9th. This will be the completion of her 30 day stay at your facility and she will be returning to her home.
It is refreshing as well as rewarding to know that at times like this, with my mother's condition as it was, there is a place like Twin Cedars which provides the care and understanding needed.
Seeing my mother now compared to when we brought her to you there is a marked improvement in appearance, alertness, awareness and general well being. This I attribute to you and your staff's dedication and the little extras needed in helping to rehabilitate ones body as well as mind.
On behalf of my mother, my wife Joan and myself I wish to thank you all. What you have done is immeasurable and greatly appreciated.
Gratefully yours;
Dear Linda, Bruce & Staff,
Sorry it took so long for us to write this well deserved letter. Words cannot express our gratitude to all of the people that make up Twin Cedars. Your loving care and concern for my mother Rose while she lived there was more than we ever hoped for. You made her last years very meaningful and filled with much happiness.
When we were away, we never once worried about the care she was receiving. She did nothing but praise Twin Cedars and the staff. She always told us about the day trips and all of the fun she was having. She also told us of the affection always given to her. I think the best compliment she could give was when she called Twin Cedars her "Home".
It was very important to us that she was happy and well cared for. We could not have provided her with the physical and medical care that she received at Twin Cedars. The companionship, not only with her fellow residents, but with the staff was important too.
"Thank You" again for all the happiness you brought Mom.
Sincerely,
|
